Our client is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their precision manufacturing team. This organization produces high-quality components and sub-assemblies for industries such as aerospace, medical, and advanced engineering, where accuracy and consistency are critical.

Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with lathe machines
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam and Esprit
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
