Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Owner Operator with a Class 1 Driver’s License to join our team for routes running between Alberta and British Columbia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a well-maintained truck to partner with a reputable company. Key Responsibilities:
- Transport freight between Alberta and BC safely and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for all deliveries and trips.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
- Perform pre-trip, in-transit, and post-trip inspections of your truck.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to the designated destination.
- Maintain regular communication with the dispatch team.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License (with a clean driving record).
- Own and maintain your truck and equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Owner Operator.
- Ability to drive long hours and handle long-distance transportation.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to operate in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and driving history.
