As an Associate, Client Data & Process Automation, you will be responsible for executing data management and data analysis activities in support of Client Data Strategy and Regulatory initiatives. The objective is to ensure data produced by Capital Markets business and support groups is accurate, complete, and reusable to fulfill all downstream reporting purposes, including but not limited to regulatory trade reporting obligations. The incumbent will help support all business intelligence and data analytics to support BAU and senior management decisions on its operations and data management capabilities. Process automation support to transform existing processes will be executed through this team.
The Client Data and Process Automation team supports Capital Markets by providing client and business data, reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions. The team fulfills data requests, develops reports and extracts, manages business intelligence initiatives, and supports operational efficiency through process automation and data-driven solutions.
- Support both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and project initiatives within Capital Markets.

Perform data extraction, reporting, and dashboard development.

Manage client data and support operational processes.

Execute process automation initiatives to transform existing workflows.

Test database and API connections.

Support various data-related projects across Capital Markets business and support groups.

Ensure data produced is accurate, complete, and reusable to fulfill all downstream reporting purposes, including regulatory trade reporting obligations.

Support business intelligence and data analytics for BAU and senior management decision-making.

Collaborate daily with Client Data and Process Automation team members, internal business partners within Capital Markets, business requirements and pipeline management teams, technology and data stakeholders, and other internal groups requiring data, reporting, and analytics support.
- 3 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx for data extraction, manipulation, and workflow development.

Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS, etc.).

Working knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, and data analysis.

Experience supporting data reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics initiatives.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to gather information from multiple data sources and develop solutions.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and managing internal client relationships.
