ICR just keeps growing! Our growing property management division is seeking one more commercial property manager to join our team. You should have at least 2 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a broad understanding of finance, leasing, legal matters, marketing and construction. You are a highly flexible person, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You're a multi-tasker who thrives on problem solving and enjoys tackling new challenges every day.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, operation, and optimization of commercial properties under your portfolio. You will play a key role in maximizing the financial performance and value of the properties by implementing effective strategies and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement property management plans and procedures to optimize property performance.
- Oversee lease agreements, A/R, and budgeting processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and improvement projects.
Tenant Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant communication and ensure high tenant satisfaction levels.
Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage property budgets, tracking income, expenses, and variances.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to increase revenue and control operating expenses.
- Provide monthly reports and updates to stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
- Manage insurance coverage and claims related to the properties.
- Conduct regular property risk assessments and implement necessary measures.
