Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Production Worker to join our mattress and box spring manufacturing team. This position involves assembling box springs, operating production equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Assemble box springs and other bedding products
- Operate production tools and equipment safely
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Perform other general factory duties as required
Requirements
- Manufacturing or factory experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Valid Class 5F driver’s licence is an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$18.81 per hour
