Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy working with people? Go RV Leduc and Go Auto Outlet South are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls for both dealerships
* Greet customers and provide excellent first impressions
* Process and receipt customer payments
* Maintain and stock the customer coffee station and reception area
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer support
* Handle general office duties, filing, and data entry
* Ensure the showroom and reception areas remain welcoming and professional
Qualifications:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional and positive attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
Schedule:
* Part-time
* Evening shifts
* Weekend availability required
