We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join one of our valued pharmacy partners in Edmonton, Alberta.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment. The successful candidate will support the pharmacy team by ensuring prescriptions are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly compensation of $18.00–$20.00
- Full-time Monday to Friday schedule
- Consistent daytime hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No evenings or weekends

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and prepare prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Maintain a productivity target of approximately 30 prescription labels per hour while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with prescription processing using the Kroll pharmacy management system.
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily dispensing activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Help with warehouse duties as required.
- Prioritize assigned tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service while supporting pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- Experience using Kroll pharmacy software is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable assisting with warehouse responsibilities when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
