The Role
We're looking for a dependable and organized Administrative & Client Services Assistant to support the operational hub of our service team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in keeping our technicians moving and our clients happy. Responsibilities
- Answer the main phone line and handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Delegate service calls to field technicians based on priority, location, and availability
- Maintain and manage the dispatch board to ensure accurate scheduling and workflow
- Follow up on service calls to confirm satisfactory completion and address any outstanding issues
- Review and oversee work orders and invoices to ensure accuracy before processing
- Additional duties may include invoicing, managing payments, ordering supplies, and receiving and tracking parts and inventory
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
- A team-first attitude with a reliable and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working with computer software and picking up new systems
- Experience in the trades, service, or hospitality industry is an asset but not required

- Set hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (consistent schedule, no overtime required)
