Fortis Concierge Corp. is seeking an Administrative Services Manager to oversee administrative operations, payroll coordination, and multi-site workforce supervision across our GTA Vancouver-based service locations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise, train, and manage administrative and operational staff, including 5 Building Managers and 10 Concierge Staff
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities across multiple sites
- Manage payroll processing, verification, and reconciliation for employees
- Develop and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Coordinate staff scheduling, workforce allocation, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment standards, company policies, and safety regulations
- Prepare operational and payroll reports for senior management
- Support HR functions including onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Requirements:-
Education
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree (minimum 2 years) OR Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Administration or related field
Experience and Skills
- 2–3 years in supervision, administration, payroll, or operations management
- Canadian or international experience accepted
- SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities
- Payroll and administrative systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a hybrid environment
Pay: $27.50-$30.50 per hour
