Dancer Success Team Member
The Landing Dance Centre is on the rise, and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our Dancer Success Team in our dynamic and thriving dance studio.
Position Type: Full-time and/or Part-time, Permanent
As a Dancer Success Team Member, you'll play a key part in all daily interactions with parents, dancers, and staff. This role will serve as an ambassador for the studio, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement while supporting communications, social media, and all things first impressions.
Your strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented demeanour, initiative-taking approach, and keen eye for aesthetics will cultivate enduring relationships with clientele and position us for sustained success.
Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, your role will be instrumental in sustaining our studio's excellence and fostering its growth.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement:
- Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about classes, schedules, and events.
- Registration & Enrollment: Support with coordinating trial classes and enrollment processes, ensuring seamless experiences for prospective, new, and returning students.
- Community Building: Foster community and excitement among students and parents by promoting studio programs and events and supporting in-studio communications.
- Support in meeting sales goals and projections.
Front Desk:
- Act as a first point of contact for all LDC guests.
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Resolve day-to-day conflicts and address client needs promptly to ensure a positive experience for all involved parties.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various software systems, including G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva, and be willing to learn specialized programs such as Jackrabbit and Asana to enhance operational efficiency.
Studio Assistance:
- Class Support: Help instructors with class setup, manage attendance, and ensure students have necessary materials (e.g., props, equipment).
- Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio and lobby spaces clean and organized, bringing any maintenance needs promptly to the Studio Manager.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing studio events and performances, including logistics and communication.

- Effective Communication Skills: As a Dancer Success Team Member, you'll need to excel in guest communications - demonstrating active listening to both staff and clients to ensure everyone feels heard and valued.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Understanding the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence in building solid relationships, you'll demonstrate compassion and understanding in your interactions with team members and clients alike, fostering a supportive and inclusive studio culture.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: In this role, you'll encounter various challenges that require quick and effective problem-solving. Your analytical skills will be essential for identifying solutions and making well-informed decisions with the support of your other DST team members.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Dance Knowledge / Previous Experience (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
