Vision Truck Group is currently seeking a motivated and career-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Heavy Truck Dealership Team in Ayr, Ontario.

Position Overview:
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Service department through:
- Administering truck manufacturer warranty claims
- Invoicing and claim processing
- Follow-up and claim resolution
- Record keeping and documentation management
- General administrative support
- Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
Compensation:
- Paid hourly
- Annual earnings range from $28.00 Per Hr to $33.00 Per Hr.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation / own vehicle
- Basic knowledge of the automotive or transportation industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- Solid computer knowledge
- Previous Service or Warranty administration experience would be considered an asset.
