We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Group Dog Walker to join our team.
This role includes approximately three group walks per week (Tuesday–Thursday), from around 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. A reliable vehicle is required, as one is not provided.
For candidates looking for additional hours, private walks are also available Monday to Friday, with walks typically avialable between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm.

What You'll Do
- Lead small group walks of up to four dogs.
- Safely transport dogs in your own reliable vehicle.
- Reinforce calm, confident behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment for every dog.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the Sit Stay Sparkle team.
- Take high-quality photos and videos for client report cards and social media.
Requirements
- Previous professional dog walking or dog handling experience (required).
- Strong understanding of positive reinforcement and Fear Free handling.
- Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting up to four dogs.
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Excellent judgement, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
Bonus Qualifications
- Pet First Aid Certification.
- Fear Free Certification.
- Dog training, shelter, behaviour, or other relevant animal-care qualifications.

Work Location: On the road
