【仕事内容】
・ FX取引システムおよびCFD取引システムの監視
・ 暗号資産の審査業務
・ 各国の金融機関とのカバー取引を担当する
・ さまざまな取引データおよび記録を正確に管理する
・ システム上のエラーや問題を迅速に察知し、対策を講じると同時に、関連部署へ報告する
・ 日本語で書かれたマニュアルを参考に作業する
・ SEO記事の作成など、Webマーケティング関連業務
・ 東京のチームと積極的にコミュニケーションを取る
・ ビジネスパートナーとの長期的な関係を維持し、定期的に双方の理解と協力を深める
・ 業界やインターネット技術動向を把握し、革新的なソリューションを提供する

【Job Responsibilities】
Monitoring of FX and CFD trading systems.
Due diligence and screening for crypto asset operations (e.g., AML/KYC related tasks).
Cover dealing (back-to-back trading) with financial institutions in various countries.
Accurately managing and maintaining various transaction data and records.
Promptly detecting system errors or issues, implementing countermeasures, and reporting to relevant departments.
Performing tasks by referencing manuals written in Japanese.
Web marketing-related tasks, such as creating SEO articles.
Actively communicating and collaborating with the team in Tokyo.
Maintaining long-term relationships with business partners, and regularly fostering mutual understanding and cooperation.
Staying informed about industry trends and internet technology developments and providing innovative solutions.
【Qualifications】
=Required Skills and Abilities=
Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit holder.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
Ability to strictly adhere to confidentiality and execute duties with discretion and meticulous care.
Strong self-management and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
Excellent diplomatic skills and interpersonal/relationship-building abilities.
Strong communication skills with a teamwork-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating team members' needs.
Basic PC skills including MS Office (Excel: Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
=Preferred Skills and Abilities=
Work experience in the financial or crypto asset industry.
Experience in system monitoring or operational support.
Trading experience with stocks, FX, CFD, or crypto assets.
Familiarity with or experience studying programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel VBA).
Understanding of AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer).
Work experience in Web Marketing.
