We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a transportation/logistics company in Coquitlam. This is a Full‑Time and Permanent opportunity in a high-volume environment that starts ASAP.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience of receptionist/front office coordinator/administrative assistant experience
- Exposure within the transportation/logistics industry would be a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel on an intermediate level
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- References and a background screening will be conducted for candidates moving forward in the selection process
Role Responsibilities:
- Receive & respond to a high-volume of incoming calls
- Accurate data entry of information to clients & drive files
- Administrative tasks as required
- Responding to all incoming calls in a timely manner
