Job Summary:
As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates with equipment tagging experience will have the opportunity to play a vital role in moving and managing machinery efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dump trucks safely to haul and deliver materials such as gravel, sand, and soil.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Assist with tagging and transporting heavy equipment between job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of materials delivered and equipment tagged.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Proven experience operating dump trucks and knowledge of hauling procedures.
- Familiarity with tagging and transporting heavy construction equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in the transportation and construction industry.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on trucks and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
