Community Operations Manager

What Your Days Look Like
Creating an Exceptional Member Experience
- Be the welcoming face of the centre for members, virtual clients, and guests
- Guide new members through onboarding and ensure they feel at home from day one
- Anticipate client needs, resolve concerns proactively, and build lasting relationships
- Ensure every space — meeting rooms, offices, common areas — reflects our premium standard
Keeping the Centre Running Smoothly
- Manage day-to-day operations so members never have to worry about logistics
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, supplies, and building needs
- Lead administrative workflows, mail handling, phone services, and client communications
- Support invoicing, reporting, and bookkeeping coordination
- Develop and maintain procedures that make everything work better
Growing the Community
- Welcome prospective members with engaging tours and genuine conversations about their needs
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, retention, and member satisfaction
- Organize and support networking events and community initiatives
- Build relationships that turn clients into long-term community members
Leading the Team
- Support, guide, and develop a small administrative and client service team
- Set priorities, delegate effectively, and maintain service standards
- Create a positive, energized workplace culture for your team
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
- Performance bonuses and sales commissions

What We Are Looking For
Required Background
- 3+ years in a client-facing operational role — coworking, hospitality, property management, executive suites, or similar
- A natural ability to balance operational detail with warm, attentive client service
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and administrative coordination
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with a wide range of people
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in coworking, flexible workspace, or serviced office environments
- Team leadership or supervisory experience
- Comfort with QuickBooks, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
- Background in member retention, account management, or community programming
