Summary
We are seeking a Residential Cleaner to join our growing team at Sparkling Sisters Cleaning. In this role, you will help provide high-quality home cleaning services for our clients while working as part of a supportive and professional team.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of the home according to company standards.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions carefully.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the scheduled appointment.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Report any issues, damages, or client concerns to the company as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or professional cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to commute to cleaning appointments in Langford, Victoria, and surrounding areas.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
