As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their projects, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key role in delivering successful construction projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout
- Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, budgets, and obtain subcontractor pricing
- Participate in tendering, procurement, and contract administration
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
- Manage RFIs, change orders, site instructions, and project correspondence
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and project performance
- Lead project meetings and maintain accurate meeting records
- Assist with project turnover, deficiency management, and closeout documentation
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and systems
What We're Looking For
- Construction industry experience with a strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
- Proven experience managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination
- Hands-on construction experience is considered a strong asset
- Estimating experience is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with project management software is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites throughout the Lower Mainland
Compensation
$85,000 – $100,000 per year
The salary range represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Final compensation will be based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
