Responsibilities

- Conduct patient education on health maintenance, medication management, pain control strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

Experience
- Proven hospital experience providing inpatient or outpatient family medicine services.
- Demonstrated expertise in acute care management with a focus on rapid assessment and intervention.
- Background in pain management techniques and strategies for various chronic conditions.
- Experience caring for pediatric populations across different age groups with a strong understanding of pediatric medical needs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (Epic or Cerner), and medical office operations.
- Skilled in data collection for clinical audits or research initiatives to support evidence-based practice improvements.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols within diverse healthcare settings.
- Previous involvement in home care programs or community health initiatives to extend care beyond traditional clinical environments.
