As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Account Executive to help organizations understand, evaluate, and adopt innovative solutions that address their most important business challenges.
As an Account Executive, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions.
You will work closely with Strategic Advisors, Business Solution Advisors, Professional Services teams, and Customer Success Managers to design, validate, and present solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Your ability to simplify complex concepts and translate business requirements into practical solutions will be essential in helping organizations confidently advance their digital transformation initiatives.
Solution Discovery and Technical Qualification
- Participate in discovery workshops with prospective clients.
- Analyze business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Assess existing environments, systems, business processes, and integration needs.
- Identify technical risks, opportunities, and key solution design considerations.
- Validate the suitability and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Solution Design and Architecture
- Design solution approaches aligned with customer objectives.
- Develop high-level solution architectures and implementation recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure proposed solutions are viable and effective.
- Participate in integration planning and project scoping activities.
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and solution documentation.
Demonstrations and Workshops
- Deliver engaging and customized solution demonstrations.
- Facilitate technical workshops and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Present technical concepts clearly and effectively to both business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrate how Indixio’s solutions address real-world customer challenges.
- Support executive presentations and strategic discussions.
Sales and Proposal Support
- Collaborate with Strategic Advisors and Business Solution Advisors throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide technical expertise for proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Contribute to project scoping, assumptions, and solution recommendations.
- Support competitive positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Help advance opportunities toward successful closure.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Professional Services teams to ensure smooth transitions into implementation projects.
- Partner with Customer Success teams on adoption and optimization initiatives.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of demonstration environments and presentation tools.
Within your first 12 months, you will:
- Become a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Improve the quality and consistency of discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
- Increase the effectiveness of demonstrations and client engagement.
- Contribute to higher-quality proposals and improved opportunity win rates.
- Support seamless transitions between Sales and Delivery teams.
- Help strengthen Indixio’s reputation as a trusted technology partner.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, enterprise software, or a similar technical advisory role.
- Experience designing and presenting software or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology ecosystems.
- Experience facilitating demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Concept.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Experience Considered an Asset
