Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Assist with property listings, marketing campaigns, and open house coordination to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Support negotiation processes between buyers, sellers, and landlords to facilitate smooth transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and guiding clients through the buying or renting process
- Coordinate property showings and ensure all necessary preparations are completed for viewings
- Maintain organized files for all transactions, contracts, and client communications
- Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance property visibility across various platforms
- Support property management activities such as lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in multiple languages if applicable
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred; familiarity with real estate processes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism
- Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate is desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse clients
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office Suite or real estate management platforms
- Valid driver's license preferred for property showings and client meetings
