Provectus Physiotherapy & Health Services is hiring a Registered Physiotherapist (PT) for a mobile physiotherapy / home care rehabilitation role across Greater Vancouver.
This position is ideal for a physiotherapist seeking home health physiotherapy, community rehab, geriatric physiotherapy, and outpatient-style mobile care with strong administrative and clinical support.
You will provide in-home physiotherapy services, working with seniors and individuals with complex medical conditions requiring functional rehabilitation, mobility training, and fall prevention programs.
Key Responsibilities (Physiotherapist – Home Care / Mobile PT)
- Provide in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy care including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and joint mobilization
- Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs (strength, balance, mobility, gait training, fall prevention)
- Support patients with functional rehabilitation and activities of daily living (ADL) recovery
- Provide geriatric physiotherapy and chronic condition management
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and clinical charting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Travel between patient homes across Greater Vancouver for mobile physiotherapy visits
Requirements – Registered Physiotherapist (PT)
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid BC driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently in a mobile physiotherapy / home care setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Experience in geriatric physiotherapy, neuro rehab, orthopedic rehab, or chronic pain management is an asset
- Comfortable providing care in community-based and home environments
