Art Apprentice – Studio Assistant (Painting Focused)
We’re seeking art apprentices to work in the studio, assisting with painting and day-to-day creative tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone with a background in art who is passionate about developing their skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with painting projects, including mixing colours and preparing materials
- Support the artist with studio tasks and creative processes
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to painting or finishing artwork under supervision
- Handle materials and tools with care and precision
Requirements:
- Art experience (school, personal practice, or professional)
- Experience with acrylic painting is expected
- Comfortable mixing paint and working with different mediums
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for color
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of a creative environment
