Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Dining Room Server to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests in a welcoming environment, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure guest comfort by responding promptly to their needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle special requests or dietary restrictions with professionalism
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after service hours
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or healthcare environments preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Word processing tools is advantageous
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency (e.g., French) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, case management, or nursing is a plus for roles involving patient care settings
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Experience with patient care or acute care environments can be beneficial for understanding diverse guest needs
- Mechanical knowledge or analysis skills are not required but may be advantageous depending on specific job responsibilities

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
