Vape Valley is a family-owned and operated business founded and run by two brothers who remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Over the years, Vape Valley has grown into one of Southern Ontario’s most recognized independent vape retailers, with locations in Hamilton, Caledonia, and Stoney Creek. While we continue to grow, we’ve worked hard to maintain the close-knit culture and values that helped build the company from the beginning.

About the Role
We are currently looking to add 2–3 new team members to our growing team.
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous vape industry experience is not required, as we provide training to the right individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and restocking shelves
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Learn and stay up to date on products and industry trends
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Reliable transportation is required
- Comfortable working shifts at multiple Vape Valley locations as business needs require

Hiring Timeline
