- Accurately complete all required batch paperwork.
- Assist in basic setup and pre-operational inspections.

- Complete required quality checks accurately.
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, recipes, and company policies.
- Perform basic checks such as Brix, pH, and visual inspections.
- Report any recipe or SOP discrepancies to supervisor or R&D.
- Working in 5-10 degrees Celsius environment.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the company through consistent performance and attendance.
- Attention to detail is essential for following production recipes.
- Being able to perform physically demanding work is essential.
- Informing Supervisors immediately that an error has occurred is essential.
- Set up and operate different types of equipment that mixes and cooks ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, in accordance with our formulas and processes.
- Verify correct ingredients and weigh ingredients.
- Transfer manually some of the ingredients, which requires lifting large bags and pails.
- Follow the recipes to produce food products that conform to quality and safety standards.
- Reporting breakdowns or machine deficiencies to Management.
