Canna Havana is seeking knowledgeable applicants for the role of Budtender . We are looking for passionate, dedicated and reliable individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. We are a Cannabis retailer located in the downtown Preston area of Cambridge.
As a Budtender you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, as you will be the first point of contact representing Canna Havana. The ideal candidate will have retail cannabis experience and will be able to efficiently use their knowledge to direct customers to their desired product.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude
Build and maintain customer relationships
Remain up to date with product knowledge and educate customers on strains, potency, and consumption methods
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Efficiently handle the pos system with accuracy and attention to detail
Abide by all company policies and AGCO regulations and standards
Validate government issued ID and ensure no entry of minors
Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Must be 19 years of age or older
CannSell certification required
Criminal Background check required
Strong customer service skills preferred
Previous experience in a Cannabis retail store required
Knowledge of Cannabis products and accessories
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
