About the Opportunity!
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position supports distributors and end users in the field and by phone with troubleshooting and repairing industrial metal-cutting saws. The role also includes performing final inspections of completed machines before shipment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
· Trouble shooting problems in mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in the saws
· Provide instructions to distributors and/or end users on the repair of saws
· Travel to distributor and/or end user cites to install or repair equipment
· Research and study electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatics and mechanical schematics and technical drawings to find resolution to complex repair concerns.
· Perform in house final inspection of machines before shipment.
· Update field service issues in company Service Database (HEAT)

This is an onsite position located at 1079 Parkinson Road.
Travel is required 50% of the time throughout North America and at times internationally.

The Ontario pay range for this position is $ 55,000 to $65,000 annually, prorated for the term of the contract. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's experience, skills, knowledge, and other job-related factors.

Pay: $26.44-$31.25 per hour
