**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Duties:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions that best fit their requirements
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Complete and book customer shipments for transport
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills in English(French an asset).
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service or sales required.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
