About Us
Complete Casa Construction is a busy residential and general construction company based in St. Catharines, specializing in custom decks, along with a full range of exterior and interior work including interlock, foundations, home builds, pools, bathrooms, and tiling. We are booked out with quality projects and growing fast. We are looking for a skilled foreman who can take the lead on job sites, run builds independently, and hold our standard of craftsmanship.
The Opportunity
This is a lead role for a hands-on foreman who can own a project from start to finish. You will run crews, manage day-to-day work on site, and deliver finished builds to a high standard with minimal oversight. If you take pride in your work, manage your time well, and want steady, year-round work with a company that is scaling, this is for you.
What You'll Do
Run and manage active job sites from start to finish, including custom decks and a variety of other construction projects
Lead and direct a crew, keeping the team on schedule and on standard
Build decks and structures from the ground up, reading plans and executing without needing constant supervision
Coordinate materials, tools, and site logistics so jobs stay on track
Maintain quality control and make sure every job is finished to the company's standard
Keep the site safe, clean, and organized, and follow all safety requirements
Communicate progress, issues, and timelines to the owner
What We're Looking For
Proven experience running construction jobs, ideally in a foreman or lead carpenter capacity
Ability to build a deck from scratch and manage the full build independently
Strong all-around construction skills that transfer across trades (framing, carpentry, and general construction)
Leadership ability to direct and manage a crew
Excellent time management and reliability
A high level of care and attention to detail in finished work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own tools (or willingness to supply standard tools)
Nice to Have
Red Seal Carpenter certification (a strong asset, not required)
Experience across multiple trades such as interlock, foundations, tiling, or renovations
Experience training or mentoring junior workers and laborers
What We Offer
Steady, year-round work with a full pipeline of projects
Competitive pay based on experience
The opportunity to lead and grow with an established, reputable company
A direct line to ownership and real input on how jobs get run
