As a Frame Stylist, you will help patients select eyewear that enhances their vision, fits their lifestyle, and helps them look and feel their best.

Responsibilities
- Help patients select frames and lens options that suit their needs, lifestyle, and personal style
- Provide personalized eyewear and fashion recommendations
- Educate patients on lens technologies and premium eyewear products
- Process eyewear orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage options
- Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs
- Maintain attractive frame displays and merchandising
- Follow up on eyewear orders and patient inquiries
- Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, fashion, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for fashion and helping others
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Optical experience is an asset, but not required—we provide comprehensive training
