Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations of our mobile and static services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for surveillance, and a solid understanding of loss prevention strategies. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets, ensuring compliance with security protocols and company policies. The Security Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel, coordinate surveillance activities, and implement effective security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations to ensure the safety of personnel and property. This requires driving throughout our contracts and performing mobile services and support.

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential vulnerabilities or safety hazards.
- Oversee loss prevention initiatives by analyzing security footage and implementing preventative measures.
- Lead, train, and evaluate security staff to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports of security activities, incidents, and investigations for management review.
- Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials of visitors and employees.
- Stay updated on current security protocols, law enforcement practices, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security management, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately during emergencies.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required.
- Relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement are a plus but not mandatory.
