The Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Shift Manager / Team Lead specifically for evenings and weekends to help run daily operations, guide our team, and drive membership growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Create and manage employee work schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure optimal staffing during peak hours.
- Training & Mentorship: Onboard, train, and coach wash attendants on equipment safety, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Membership Sales & Support: Actively promote and drive our unlimited wash membership plans, assist customers with sign-ups, account updates, and resolve any membership inquiries.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers with a friendly smile, help them select the best wash package, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
- Operations & Safety: Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor system, perform basic equipment maintenance, and maintain the cleanliness of the wash tunnel and vacuum stations.
- Standards & Oversight: Keep team morale high and uphold the "Crossroads" standards for cleanliness, speed, and safety on every shift.
