JOB TITLE: Housekeeper / Room Attendant

WAGE: $18-$20/hour
HOURS REQUIRED: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal or Year-Round Positions Available
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Our goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation in the hospitality market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties including but not limited to: mopping/vacuuming floors, laundry, washing dishes, cleaning windows, quality control inspection of suites and cabins and general cleaning of common areas
- Ensure all suites and cabins are cared for and inspected according to standards put forth by management/supervisory team
- Notify managers/supervisors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Respectfully solve reasonable guest concerns and requests
- Monitor inventory levels of all consumables, cleaning products and linens – Replace/re-order when appropriate
- Adhere to rules regarding health & safety and WHIMIS

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to train, but proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is a plus
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of the English language is a plus
- High school diploma is a plus
