Overview
We are urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role offers a raise after 6 months and a bonus after one year. of service. There is room to grow and advance into a lead position. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, reliability, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential to succeed in this position.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple cleaning assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in laundry and general household chores is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Good communication skills to understand client preferences and provide tailored services
Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
