We are looking for a hardworking and extremely reliable team member with a clean driver’s license.
Job Duties Include:
- Cleaning apartments for new tenants
- Decluttering and organizing apartments
- Packing belongings for tenants
- Laundry, vacuuming, and general cleaning tasks
- Assisting elderly or physically disabled tenants in preparing their apartments for pest control treatments
- Some apartments may have bed bugs or cockroach issues. All PPE and protective equipment are fully supplied.Requirements:
- Clean driver’s license
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a variety of apartment conditions
- Compassionate and respectful toward elderly and vulnerable tenants
- Able to perform physical work
- Able to drive with a dump trailer and pick up truck is a huge plus so make sure to express that when applying. I will test for that if you say you're able to do so.
