Job Summary:
Kenworth Ontario is currently seeking a seasoned Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, strong communication skills and a working knowledge of heavy duty truck components, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Duties:
- Open and close work orders with accuracy
- Maintain detailed vehicle service records
- Verify warranty details, vehicle information, while working closely with the Warranty Department
- File invoices
- Greet customers promptly
- Assist customers with requests for repair, obtain customer and vehicle information
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs
Job Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of mechanical components on heavy duty trucks/equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well within a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft office and basic internet skills
- Must own CSA approved safety shoes
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
