Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative (Field Sales) to connect directly with homeowners, introduce our cleaning services, and generate new business.
This role involves in-person outreach and direct customer interaction. It is best suited for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in assigned areas to promote cleaning services
- Generate new leads through direct, in-person outreach
- Build rapport and communicate service value clearly
- Schedule appointments or complete sales during interactions
- Track leads, appointments, and conversions
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
- Represent AllClean Solutions professionally
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (door-to-door, retail, or customer-facing preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- High energy, persistence, and reliability
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication, navigation, and tracking
Compensation
This position offers a performance-based earning structure, where income is directly tied to individual results and completed sales.
