Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team, providing expert patient care across various clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital environments and a strong background in acute care and pediatrics. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering personalized therapy to promote recovery and improve quality of life. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into patient care
Skills
- Valid licensure as a Physiotherapist in the respective jurisdiction
- Experience working in hospital settings with acute care patients preferred
- Pediatric experience is highly desirable for treating children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and documentation efficiently
- Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments with attention to detail

- Two days per week with a highly flexible schedule.
- Compensation may be structured as either an hourly rate or a revenue split, with details to be discussed during the interview.
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
