## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated animal care attendant with good communication skills to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our veterinary team with animal care, maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, and ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our pet patients.
Our clinic is small, and our team is tight-knit with excellent interpersonal communications. Our clinic is welcoming and kind, and there is a 0 tolerance policy for any forms of bullying, or harassment. We expect the ideal candidate to be kind, gentle, and helpful and motivated to work positively with the team.
Note; Our clinic is closed on the weekend.
## Responsibilities
- - Support our veterinarians and veterinary technicians through various duties such as animal restraint, assistance with medical procedures, cleaning kennels, basic patient monitoring and observation, etc.
- - Build and maintain strong team relationships through regular and clear communication
- - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and client issues and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner
- - Assist the team in maintaining cleanliness of the entire facility (ie: sweeping, mopping and dusting, sterilization of instruments and other surgical equipment).

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities
- -Ability to work well in a team environment- Experience with dogs and cats in a clinical setting
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Proficiency with gmail, and general internet software
- - Experience with Avimark Software is a plus

Pay: $17.95-$19.95 per hour
