Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs
- Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems
- Weld, plumb, and build HVAC components as needed
- Perform appliance repair as required
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Certification or associate degree in HVAC or relevant field is a plus
Bonuses:
- Annual Performance Bonus
- $50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
- $25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
- $15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
- $5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full time, exclusive & live in the area)
