Responsibilities

- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to remove water, dry affected areas, and perform cleanup tasks.
- Use specialized cleaning techniques to sanitize and deodorize affected surfaces and materials.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters.
- Conduct minor construction repairs or modifications as needed during restoration projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos, reports, and logs.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Skills
- Some experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction environments preferred but will train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques.
- Knowledge of water extraction, drying processes, and moisture detection methods.
- Ability to operate restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers and moisture meters confidently.
