Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Skills Learning Program, the Program Coordinator (Simulated Patient Educator) collaborates with course chairs, faculty, and staffs to design, coordinate, and administer simulation events, typically involving Simulated Patients (SPs), for curricular courses/programs that include Schulich Undergraduate and Postgraduate medicine, affiliated collages (Kings, Brescia, Huron), Western Faculty of Health Sciences (Nursing programs), Western Housing, CSTAR (Canadian Surgical Technologies & Advanced Robotics) centre, and Fanshawe College, among others. The role will also function as an SP trainer and site administrator for large scale Objective Structured Clinical Examination events for Schulich Undergrad and Postgrad, Medical Council of Canada, Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, and Neonatal-Perinatal Fellows. The role will be involved in the planning and administration of all educational and evaluations programs that are the responsibility of the Clinical Skills Learning Program.
