Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Regional Sales Trainer to lead our in-house sales events across our multiple locations.
Pay Rate: (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and vehicle allowance) ($65,000-$90,000)
Responsibilities:
Host and lead sales events at multiple stores across the region.
Lead Regional outbound sales campaigns, coach dealership teams on appointments setting, and support high impact sales events across Ontario.
Train teams on call handling, objection management, appointment setting and best CRM practices.
Strong phone communication and appointment setting skills, with the ability to engage customers and overcome objections.
Monitor daily KPIs including outbound calls, appointments booked, show rates and sales conversions.
Plan and facilitate kick-off meetings and maintain high energy throughout each event.
Drive appointment generation while managing and confirming customer bookings to ensure a successful sales event.
Serve as a first point of contact by welcoming customers, managing event registration and creating positive first impression.
Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to drive vehicle sales.
Travel to various store within the region to support dealership events.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be OMVIC certified.
Experience in automotive sales preferred.
Previous BDC leadership, Sales Manager, Internet Manager or Sales Training experience is highly preferred.
Proven ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
Excellent coaching, communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and make sound, customer focused decisions.
Comfortable presenting to groups and leading meetings.
A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives and supporting team success.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build meaningful customer relationships.
