Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in menu planning and ensure all food presentation meets quality expectations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen operations during meal service, including cooking, plating, and garnishing
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
- Assist with catering events and special functions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow
Skills
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry o
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and support menu planning efforts
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests effectively
- Knowledge about Expo Handling
