Overview
This is a fantastic entry-level position perfectly suited for a recent university graduate looking to gain valuable office experience and launch their career. No prior experience is required-we are fully prepared to train the right candidate who possesses the right attitude and a strong work ethic.
Initial Schedule: Approximately 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Growth Potential:For the right candidate, this position has a strong track record and opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role upon successful completion of the initial term.
Duties
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Handle data entry, document scanning, filing, and digital record-keeping with high accuracy.
- Assist with incoming office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.
- Coordinate and assist with basic documentation and paperwork as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: University degree completed (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Experience: No prior office experience required; full training will be provided.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Attributes: Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Status: Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Canada (Citizen / PR / Valid Work Permit).
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
