We are equipment rental company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, loading and unloading and inquiries about our equipment.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and courteous.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
