Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee our financial records and manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with accounting software and possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth office functioning. Responsibilities
- Manage all bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software using QuickBooks & Sage
- Handle payroll processing accurately and timely
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support administrative tasks related to office management, including scheduling and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Help with organizing schedules
- applying for construction permits
- Basic admin duties
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounting, and office management roles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks & Sage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to perform account analysis and budgeting tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in office management is preferred

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
