The Role
We're hiring a full-time Entry Level Client Representative to join our Calgary team. This is a customer-facing position — you'll be working directly with the public, presenting products and services from national brands, and walking customers through their options in a straightforward, pressure-free way. If you're someone who communicates well, stays professional under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people, this is worth your time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting with customers directly and representing assigned national brands professionally
- Explaining products and services clearly and in plain language
- Asking the right questions to understand what a customer actually needs before making any recommendation
- Supporting customers through the purchase process using a mobile POS system
- Keeping accurate records of daily interactions and completed transactions
- Working alongside your team toward shared outreach and service targets
- Showing up to training sessions prepared and applying what you learn
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable engaging with new people in busy, customer-facing settings
- Clear communicator — both in how you listen and how you respond
- Reliable and consistent across a full-time Tuesday to Saturday schedule
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction and improve
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an asset — genuinely not required
