Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk & Office and Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their administrative and data management skills within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, proficiency with computer systems, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Prior office experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Duties
- Enter and update data accurately into various databases and ERP systems
- Manage data collection and ensure the integrity of information stored
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support team members with clerical tasks including data entry, typing, and record keeping
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, generate reports, and perform basic analysis
- Ensure all data entry activities adhere to company standards for quality and confidentiality
- Perform routine audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors and correct them promptly
- Support office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence as needed
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with databases and ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with data entry software and file management systems
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $45,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
